  • Free freight shipping is included for all implements delivered directly to your home or barn.

  • Applies to the Lower 48 States (not freight terminals).

  • Over 30 years of freight experience ensures competitive shipping rates passed on to the customer.


🏠 Delivery Options

1. Contactless Delivery (Free)

  • No appointment needed.

  • Driver unloads the implement and leaves it at your property.

  • Driver takes a photo as proof of delivery.

  • Customer should inspect the shipment for hidden damage after delivery.

  • Not available for implements over 72” wide — use Standard or Liftgate delivery instead.

  • Tracking information provided.

2. Standard Delivery with Appointment (Free)

  • Freight carrier provides a “call ahead” service 24+ hours before delivery.

  • You must be home at the time of delivery.

  • You are responsible for off-loading your implement.

  • Driver will bring pallet/skid to end of trailer, but will not help off-load.

3. Liftgate Delivery (+$157 + tax)

  • For customers who cannot offload manually.

  • Must be selected before the item ships.

  • Contact the company before shipping to request or modify this option.

4. Guaranteed Delivery (+$85)

  • Delivery timeframes:

    • East Coast: 3–5 business days

    • Central U.S.: 5–7 business days

    • West Coast: 7–10 business days

  • Business days are Monday–Friday only.

  • 99.4% delivery success rate.

  • If missed, the $85 fee is refunded.

  • Not available for: grill guards, certain hitches, poly snow items.

    • If selected for ineligible items, $85 will be refunded and the item will ship via UPS Ground.


📦 Inspection & Damage Reporting

  • Inspect your implement immediately in front of the driver.

  • Report any issues before the driver leaves, including:

    • Chipped paint

    • Broken pallets

    • Damaged wraps/tie-downs

    • Damaged equipment

  • Contact the company the same day at 833-625-0635 to report damages.


🌄 Shipping to Rural & Remote Locations

  • Carrier may:

    • Subcontract local delivery to smaller companies.

    • Deliver once a week to remote or rural areas.

    • Delay shipments to wait for route availability.

  • Remote addresses (e.g., long dead-end roads) may experience longer delivery times.

🛡️ Product Warranty – Original Purchaser Only

Brand By Brand Policies

  • 12-month limited warranty on all products for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • Covers all components, including:

    • Gearbox assemblies

    • PTO shafts

    • Hydraulic cylinders

Wear Items Not Covered:

Includes (but not limited to):

  • Cutting edges, blades, tines, tires

  • Hydraulic hoses, seals, slip clutches

  • Paint fading, scratches, dents from normal use

🔧 Warranty Activation & Conditions:

  • Warranty begins on delivery date.

  • Coverage limited to:

    • Repair or replacement of defective parts (manufacturer’s discretion).

  • Not valid if product is:

    • Improperly assembled/installed

    • Modified or altered

    • Misused, vandalized, or poorly maintained

    • Shipped outside the Continental U.S.

🧰 Maintenance-Related Exclusions:

  • Customer must maintain oil levels, grease points, driveline shafts.

  • Damage from neglect or accidents is not covered.


📋 Filing a Warranty Claim

  • Must be made within the 12-month period.

  • Must include:

    • Original invoice or purchase order

    • Written notice and photos, if requested

  • Homestead will decide whether to repair or replace.

  • Return shipping must be prepaid by customer unless otherwise agreed.

  • Homestead covers shipping only for repaired/replacement parts.


🚫 Warranty Limitations

  • No liability for:

    • Labor

    • Rental machinery

    • Crop loss, supplies, or incidental damages

  • No warranty for buyers beyond the original purchaser.

  • All implied warranties excluded unless stated.


🔁 Return Policy

  • Contact customer service (833-625-0635) to get a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • RMA number must be marked on the outside of the return package.

  • Returns without RMA are subject to a 25% restocking fee, even if approved.

Accepted Returns:

  • Within 30 days: full refund or exchange

  • 30–60 days: allowed with 25% restocking fee

  • After 60 days: returns not accepted

📦 Return Conditions:

  • Must be in original packaging, not damaged

  • All parts included; incomplete units will be billed for missing parts

  • Freight prepaid by customer; no C.O.D. accepted

  • Credit issued only after inspection


Cancellations & Refunds

  • If an order is canceled after shipping:

    • Customer pays round-trip freight charges

    • Restocking fees may apply

  • Returning an item or canceling an order results in loss of free freight eligibility

🚚 Damage Reporting

  • Must be reported to Jamestown Advanced Products within 5 business days of receiving the shipment.

    • Customer must notify the carrier’s agent and mark it on the bill of lading

    • Then, immediately notify Jamestown to file a damage claim

  • Homestead Implements is not responsible for unauthorized third-party repairs or services without prior written approval.
