📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Processing time: Orders take up to 3 business days to process and ship.

• Warehouses: Multiple locations to ensure faster delivery.

🛡️ Warranty Policy

• Covers: Motor and battery – 3 months from purchase date.

• Not covered:

  • Brakes, electric start, chain, tires, seat, handlebar

  • Any defects due to misuse or negligence

• Customers are expected to regularly maintain, check, and lubricate parts.

🔁 Return Policy

• Return timeline: Product must be shipped within 48 hours of return approval.

• Packaging: Must be safely packed; customer is responsible for transit safety.

• Transit damage during return: Product will be returned back to the customer at additional cost.

• If customer can't ship, the company can arrange return shipping at customer's expense (price depends on item size).

• Refused deliveries: Any fees incurred will be deducted from refund.

• Return shipping costs: Paid by customer unless arranged by the company.
